一、创业的伙伴应限于那些对企业目标看法一致,并能做出直接贡献的人。新企业的创业者,是参与经营决策的人。如果他们对企业的期求不一致,冲突必然出现。领导班子里的妥协色彩太浓,或争辩过于激烈,都会影响到企业基础的稳固。所以,创业伙伴的选择要慎重,要根据企业未来成功所需要的条件来选择。从熟识的人当中选出的伙伴,很少恰恰是适当的组合,即使他们是同事、同学或亲属。创业初期,需要一位精于理财的人。曾经参与过一两家公司创业阶段的财务工作者可能是最佳的人选之一。切莫为制造“和谐”的假象,而牺牲了创造性的冲突。忠言逆耳,只听进自己想要听的话,却是人类的本性。所以,创业的伙伴中不能有唯唯诺诺的庸人。坏消息越早知道,损失就越小。企业家应把数量适当的合适人材化为一体。
First, entrepreneurial partners should be limited to those who have a consistent view of corporate goals and can make direct contributions. Entrepreneurs of new companies are those who participate in business decisions. If they are inconsistent with the company’s expectations, conflicts will inevitably arise. The compromise in the leadership team is too strong, or the debate is too intense, it will affect the firmness of the company’s foundation. Therefore, the selection of entrepreneurial partners must be prudent and should be based on the conditions required for the company’s future success. The partners selected from familiar people are rarely exactly the right combination, even if they are colleagues, classmates or relatives. At the beginning of business, you need someone who is good at financial management. Financial workers who have participated in one or two startups may be one of the best candidates. Do not sacrifice the creative conflict in order to create the illusion of “harmony”. It is the nature of mankind to listen to what he wants to listen to. Therefore, there can be no mediocre mediocre among the entrepreneurial partners. The sooner bad news is known, the smaller the loss. Entrepreneurs should integrate the right number of suitable people.
