根据《中华人民共和国义务教育法实施细则》以及《普及义务教育评估验收暂行办法》等规定,2005年,西藏自治区人民政府教育督导部门经过评估验收,确定萨嘎县、仲巴县、班戈县、比如县基本普及初等义务教育。经国家教育督导团审查,确认这4个县基本达到现阶段普及初等义务教育的要求,其中班戈县存在薄弱环节,需要复查。现将萨嘎等4县的名单予以公布。希望这些县再接再厉,在巩固提高普及初等义务教育成果的基础上,认真落实“两基”攻坚规划,力争如期实现“两基”目标。
According to the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Compulsory Education Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Interim Measures for the Assessment and Acceptance of Acceptance of Universal Compulsory Education”, in 2005, the educational supervision department of the People’s Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region passed the assessment and acceptance and confirmed Sabang County, Zhongba County and Bangor County. For example, the county basically universal primary compulsory education. After review by the National Education Supervision Committee, it was confirmed that the four counties basically reached the requirement of universal compulsory primary education at the current stage, in which Bangor County has weak links and needs to be reviewed. The list of 4 counties including Sasao is now announced. It is hoped that these counties will continue to build on the basis of consolidating and improving the achievements of universal primary compulsory education, earnestly implement the “two basic” tackling plan, and strive to realize the “two basics” goals as scheduled.
