目的 探讨阿斯匹林、高压氧及其联合作用对大鼠脑组织热休克蛋白 (HSPs) 70表达的影响及对神经元的保护作用。方法 用HE染色方法观察大鼠在急性全脑缺血后的神经元形态学变化 ,用免疫组化检测经阿斯匹林和 /或高压氧处理的大鼠CA1区和齿状回HSP70 的表达。结果 阿斯匹林联合高压氧组CA1区和齿状回幸存细胞数、幸存率高于高压氧组 ( P <0 .0 1) ;细胞表达HSP70 数、表达率高于高压氧组 (P <0 .0 1)。阿斯匹林组脑缺血后幸存细胞数与对照组比较差别无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;CA1区和齿状回几乎无HSP70 表达。结论 阿斯匹林不能直接诱导CA1和齿状回HSP70 的表达 ,但能促进高压氧的HSP70 表达 ,能增强脑细胞抗缺血能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of aspirin, hyperbaric oxygen and their combined effects on the expression of heat shock proteins (HSPs) 70 in rat brain and their neuroprotective effects. Methods The morphological changes of neurons in rats after acute global cerebral ischemia were observed by HE staining. The expression of HSP70 in rats treated with aspirin and / or hyperbaric oxygenation and dentate gyrus were detected by immunohistochemistry . Results Compared with hyperbaric oxygen group (P <0.01), the survival rate of CA1 and dentate gyrus cells in aspirin combined with hyperbaric oxygen group was higher than that in hyperbaric oxygen group (P < 0 .0 1). There was no significant difference between the aspirin group and the control group (P> 0.05). There was almost no HSP70 expression in CA1 area and dentate gyrus. Conclusion Aspirin can not directly induce the expression of CA1 and dentate gyrus HSP70, but can promote hyperbaric oxygen expression of HSP70 and enhance the anti-ischemic ability of brain cells.
