随着社会经济的不断发展,城镇化进程的不断加快,城市居民越来越多,对供电服务的需求也发生了改变。一刻胡为导向的大营销宫殿服务机制,是以客户需求为中心,以优化供电服务为目的的全新的供电服务机制。本文从探究以客户为导向的大营销供电服务机制的含义出发,分析了这种全系的供电服务机制实施的主要方法,最后对这种供电服务机制的效果进行了评估,希望能够对供电服务机制的改善有效帮助。
