前言唐山陡河电站于1978年初先后投产了两台日本日立公司生产的25万千瓦发电机组(№3、4机组),各配一台850吨/时亚临界汽包炉。每台锅炉配置8台8.5E型中速磨煤机,其研磨压力系氮压加载系统,采用正压风机直吹式制粉系统。锅炉设计燃用高灰份的劣质烟煤(A~y>45%,Q_D~y≈3000大卡/公斤)。 8.5E型磨煤机是目前我国在运行的出力最大的E型磨;而且用它磨制低劣的烟煤在国内也是首次。因此有必要进行磨煤机的性能试验,从而确定其出力,煤粉细度、耗电率、石子煤排放量和碾磨件的磨耗等项指标。同时根据陡河电站的具体情况对运行方式及其可靠性,维修工作量等提出了一些看法,为我国中速磨的选型提供参考资料。
Preface Tangshan Douhe Power Station put into operation the 250MW generating units (No. 3,4 units) produced by two Japanese Hitachi units in early 1978, each with a 850t / h subcritical drum boiler. Each boiler is equipped with 8 8.5E medium-speed pulverizers, the grinding pressure of nitrogen pressure loading system, the use of positive pressure blower pulverized coal injection system. The boiler is designed to burn high-ash, poor quality bituminous coal (A ~ y> 45%, Q_D ~ y≈3000 kcal / kg). 8.5E-type coal mill is currently the largest E-type mill in operation in our country; and it is also the first time to grind the bad bituminous coal in China. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the performance test of coal mill to determine its output, fineness of pulverized coal, power consumption rate, emissions of stone coal and wear parts such as wear indicators. At the same time, according to the specific conditions of Douhe Hydropower Station, some suggestions are put forward, such as operation mode, reliability, maintenance workload and so on, which provide references for the selection of medium speed mill in China.
