六盘山高级中学是一所面向宁夏南部山区招收贫困学生的一所扶贫性质的学校,学生全部来自经济不发达,教育水平落后的南部山区。因此学生在英语学习中有着很大的困难,这其中阻挡他们提高英语学习成绩的第一只“拦路虎”就是学生没有主动学习的热情。笔者经过调查了解,发现当前农村中学生学习英语时,普遍存在内驱力不足或始动力不足:课堂表现闷闷不乐,疲惫拖拉,提不起精神,注意力难以集中,作业马虎随便,学习效果下降,有一种想努力但又努力不起来的感觉;能力较差的学生丧失信心;能力较强的学生缺乏鼓励,不知道自己只需稍加努力就能取得较好成绩;焦虑情绪严重的学生有较大的压力;学生间合作不积极,对彼此出现的错误讥笑讽刺,甚至幸灾乐祸。本文就影响学生学习效率的因素及解决问题的办法进行了探究。

This article explores the factors that affect the learning efficiency of students and the ways to solve the problems.
