潜能是指人们所具有的尚待发掘的某种能力。领导者如何挖掘发挥下属的潜能? 一、建立良好的工作氛围。每个人都处在一定的工作氛围之中,良好的工作氛围,会使人心情舒畅,激情饱满,工作效率倍增;反之,则容易使人消极怠工。因此,领导者要想充分发挥下属的潜能,就必须去创造一个民主和谐、团结向上、有章可循的工作环境。二、创造发挥潜能的机会。其一,给下属安排与其相适应的工作,并注意使之处理具有挑战性和竞争性的工作。其二,讨论问题时尽量让下属先发表意见,提出见解。其三,凡是下属能胜任的工作,领导就要支持他们独立地去干。
Potential is the ability of people to be discovered. Leaders how to tap the potential of subordinates? First, establish a good working atmosphere.
