合理地评定体操运动员的运动量,对于安排训练量,实现对运动员负荷的科学控制,提高训练效果,具有重要意义。当代体操运动的发展,要求运动员在承受生理负荷的同时,还必须承受一定的心理负荷。因此,对体操运动员运动量的评定,既要考虑到生理负荷,又要考虑到心理负荷。目前,在运动训练实践中,对运动最的评定与研究,较多地偏重在生理负荷上,而对心理负荷的评定及其研究则刚刚引起人们的关注。因此,结合体操项目的特点,探讨体操运动员运动量的评定方法,是训练实践中迫切需要解决的问题。儿茶酚胺是交感神经末梢或肾上腺髓质所释放的神经递质或激素,具有在应激状态下,调节机体应变的功能,如在体操运动中,心率加快,血压升高,能源物质的代谢均与儿茶酚胺的排出量紧密相关;
