建立图书馆隐性知识的培育与激励机制,能促进隐性知识与显性知识的相互转化,提升知识服务的质量和水平,这是图书馆学科建设发展的需要。加强隐性知识的培育,一是外部,二是馆员自身;加强隐性知识的激励,一是情感,二是物质,三是馆员学分激励。将隐性知识融入知识服务的方法:一是让大量隐性知识充实专业知识库,使知识服务更科学;二是让隐性知识中的超前意识凝聚,使知识服务更有的放矢,三是让隐性知识中的经验、阅历、技术、诀窍参与其间,使知识服务更加完善。
The establishment of library tacit knowledge cultivation and incentive mechanism can promote the mutual transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and improve the quality and level of knowledge service, which is the need of library discipline construction and development. Strengthen the cultivation of tacit knowledge, one external, two is the librarian itself; strengthen tacit knowledge incentives, one is the emotion, the second is material, the third is the librarian incentives.
