应用免疫组化(ABC)方法检测28例前列腺癌和26例前列腺增生组织中转化性生长因子β_1(TCF-β_1)的表达情况。结果表明:TGF-β_1在前列腺癌和前列际增生的基质染色强度和染色范围相似。而在上皮部分,癌性上皮的染色强度和范围明显高于或大于前列腺增生的腺上皮的染色强度和范围,差异均具有高度显著性意义(P<0.01).4例正常前列腺仅见基质染色,但强度和染色范围远小于前列腺癌和前列腺增生。结果提示TGF-β_1对前列腺癌和前列腺增生的发生和发展具有重要的生物学作用。
Immunohistochemical (ABC) method was used to detect the expression of transforming growth factor β 1 (TCF-β 1) in 28 cases of prostate cancer and 26 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The results showed that: TGF-β 1 in prostate cancer and anterior column hyperplasia stromal staining intensity and staining range is similar. In the epithelial part, the staining intensity and range of cancerous epithelium were significantly higher than or greater than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.01). Only 4 cases of normal prostate stromal staining, but the intensity and staining range is much smaller than the prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia. The results suggest that TGF-β 1 has an important biological role in the development and progression of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
