纵观国内外职业教育发展动态,中高职衔接培养是当前研究的一个热门课题。构建一套科学高效且符合现代化发展趋势的中高职无缝衔接的人才培养模式,对于促进职业技术教育发展具有重要意义。通过调研分析中高职衔接培养的国内外研究现状以及中高职衔接面临的新形势,对比分析了不同的培养模式。以计算机应用专业为例,阐述了中高职衔接培养的实践经验,分析了优缺点,进而对中高职衔接培养进行了制度研究。
Throughout the development of vocational education at home and abroad, the co-cultivation of higher vocational education is a hot topic of current research. It is of great significance to establish a set of scientific and efficient training mode for personnel training in secondary and higher vocational education that is in line with the trend of the development of modernization in order to promote the development of vocational and technical education. Through the research and analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign studies on the cohesion and cultivation of secondary and advanced vocational education as well as the new situation facing the convergence of secondary and advanced vocational education, this paper compares and analyzes the different cultivation modes. Taking the computer application major as an example, this paper expounds the practical experience of the co-cultivation of secondary and advanced vocational education, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and then conducts the system research on the co-cultivation of secondary and advanced vocational education.
