目的探讨星状神经节阻滞治疗围绝经期自主神经系统功能不稳定症状的疗效。方法对30例主要表现自主神经系统功能不稳定症状如失眠、眩晕、心悸,皮肤感觉异常等的围绝经期患者。采用前入路星状神经节阻滞(Stellate Canglion Block,SGB)每日1次,左右交替进行,每10次为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。观察血中E2,FSH的水平及自主神经系统功能不稳定症状改善情况。结果运用星状神经阻滞法治疗后,围绝经期患者自主神经系统功能不稳定症状明显改善,血中E2水平显著升高,FSH下降(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞可以治疗围绝经期自主神经系统功能不稳定,其症状明显缓解或消失。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block on unstable autonomic nervous system during perimenopause. Methods Thirty cases of perimenopausal patients with unstable autonomic nervous system manifestations such as insomnia, dizziness, palpitations and abnormal skin sensation were included. Stellate Canglion Block (SGB) was used once a day and alternately on the left and right sides. One course was taken every 10 times and both courses were treated for 2 courses. The levels of E2 and FSH in blood and the improvement of autonomic nervous system instability were observed. Results After treatment with stellate nerve block, the symptoms of autonomic nervous system instability in perimenopausal patients were significantly improved. The levels of E2 in blood and FSH decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Stellate ganglion block can treat perimenopausal autonomic nervous system dysfunction, the symptoms were significantly alleviated or disappeared.
