目的:基于临床数据仓库的大数据集成平台系统,探索优化就诊序列的分时段预约模式对缩短口腔复诊候诊时间的作用。方法:采集口腔复诊患者候诊时间,分成2组。2013年组(63960例)为传统预约模式,2014年组(70897例)为优化就诊序列的分时段预约模式,采用SPSS 22.0软件包对2组信息进行两独立样本t检验。结果:2013年组患者候诊时间均值为106 min;2014年组患者候诊时间均值为73.65 min。t检验概率值为0,2组总体均值存在显著差异。结论:优化就诊序列的分时段预约模式可大大缩短口腔复诊患者的候诊时间。
Objective: Based on the big data integration platform system of clinical data warehouse, this paper explores the effect of optimizing the time series reservation mode of visiting series to shorten the waiting time of oral re-visit. Methods: Observe the waiting time of oral referral patients, divided into 2 groups. The 2013 group (63,960 cases) was the traditional reservation mode, and the 2014 group (70897 cases) was the time-sharing booking mode of optimizing the visiting sequence. Two sets of information were tested by two independent samples t test using SPSS 22.0 software package. Results: The average waiting time of patients in group was 106 min in 2013; the average waiting time of patients in group was 73.65 min in 2014. There was a significant difference in the overall mean of t-test probability values of 0 and 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS: The time-booking mode of optimizing the visiting sequence can greatly shorten the waiting time for oral visit patients.
