西南民族地区农村留守儿童由于家庭教育的缺失,部分学生表现出学业成就感不强,失学现象较为严重;学生性格形成出现偏差和情感交流欠缺,道德品行产生偏离等不良表征。法律救济是解决农村留守儿童受家庭教育权利实现的重要路径,通过对西南民族地区农村留守儿童进城给予法律救济;制订父母返乡就业的相关法律和保障制度来补偿家庭教育权利的缺失,以实现西南民族地区农村留守儿童的健康发展。
Due to the lack of family education in left-behind children in rural areas in Southwest China, some students showed less academic accomplishment, more serious dropouts, poor performance in student character formation, lack of emotional exchange, and deviation of moral conduct. Legal relief is an important way to solve the problem of left-behind children receiving family education right in rural areas. It gives legal relief to the left-behind children in the southwest ethnic minority areas by entering the city. It also formulates relevant laws and guarantee systems for returning parents to work to compensate for the lack of family education rights. Realize the Healthy Development of Left - behind Children in Rural Areas of Southwest China.
