并购是集团公司扩张常用的方式之一,并购过程中存在着各种风险,其中关键的一项便是企业文化整合风险,是否能够有效解决企业间的文化差异和理念冲突,直接关系到并购的成败。企业文化整合贯穿于整个并购过程,本文从并购前、并购中、并购后三个阶段论述了如何加强企业文化整合风险管理,并提出了相应的防范措施。
