在教学和教学管理中感受到教师对新课程下的一堂好课还有待新的认识,笔者认为一些不正确的教育现象主要是:教师没有真正关注“每一位学生的发展”;没有认识到老师和学生应当是学习的共同体,老师与学生应该是平等的,老师讲课要以学生为对象,学生并非局外人;没有认识到老师在课堂教学中,必须改变传统的教学模式,采用自主、合作、探究式学习模式,创设情景,巧妙地提出问题,引发学生心理上的认知冲突,使学生处于一种“心求通而未得,口欲言而未能”的状态;老师还没有放权给学生。
