一、前言近几年来,东北电力系统的汽轮机叶片断裂事故比较多,给设备安全运行带来一定的影响。这些事故大部分发生在国外进口的大容量机组上。有的在机组检修时发现;有的在运行中断落,造成机组振动加剧,而被迫停机。有的机组,在损坏了叶片后,没有新叶片补装,更严重的是有的机组损坏叶片数量多(一次断几十片甚至上百片),由于短期内修复不了而将事故叶片全部拆除,使机组出力、效率受到严重影响,所以,当前消除叶片事故,提高汽轮机组的健康水平,已成迫切任务。
