小学数学教学设计是指教师为实现小学数学教学目标,对教什么、怎样教以及达到什么结果所进行的系统规划和决策的过程,其基本目的是促进学生个体进行有效的学习,让每一名学生的学习潜能都获得最大的发展。因此,它应有明确的主题和清晰的结构;既有预设的规定,又有足够的弹性。它反映了教师对教学的期望,在很大程度上决定了教学的效果。
