为贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届二中、三中、四中、五中和六中全会精神和国务院办公厅《关于推行环境污染第三方治理的意见》要求,进一步推行第三方治理模式,指导全国各地开展环境污染第三方治理工作,环境保护部近日印发了《环境保护部关于推进环境污染第三方治理的实施意见》(简称《实施意见》)。
