目的制作与鼻内镜下视神经减压手术治疗外伤性视神经病路径相近的视神经损伤、视神经减压手术动物模型。方法鼻内镜下开放20只家猫的蝶窦,于蝶窦外侧壁锤击视神经管,造成视神经管骨折,8 h后鼻内镜下行视神经管减压。损伤和减压前后均分别给予感光视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检测。结果损伤时在鼻内镜下见视神经管骨折。损伤后P-VEP示潜伏期延长,振幅降低。减压后70%家猫的P-VEP潜伏期、振幅均有不同程度的恢复。结论该方法制作的视神经损伤和减压术动物模型,与人外伤所致的视神经损伤具有相近的生物学特性,是一种较理想的研究视神经损伤和减压手术的模型。
Objective To make an optic nerve injury and optic nerve decompression surgery animal model which is similar to optic nerve decompression surgery under nasal endoscopy in the treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods Open the sphenoid sinus of 20 domestic cats under nasal endoscopy and beat the optic canal in the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus to cause optic canal fracture. After 8 h, optic canal decompression was performed under endoscopic sinus surgery. Before and after injury and decompression were given light-induced visual evoked potential (P-VEP) test. Results Injury in the endoscopic see optic canal fracture. P-VEP after injury showed prolonged latency, amplitude decreased. After depressurization, the P-VEP latency and amplitude of 70% of domestic cats all recovered in different degrees. Conclusion The animal model of optic nerve injury and decompression produced by this method has similar biological characteristics with optic nerve injury caused by human trauma and is an ideal model for studying optic nerve injury and decompression surgery.
