本文利用平板理想化法计算了一个六缸汽油机各表面辐射噪声并用铅覆盖法对各表面噪声进行了实测。通过对发动机右侧面及油底壳的噪声、振动及辐射效率的比较,说明了辐射效率对辐射噪声的影响。计算了该发动机主要表面的辐射效率,并指出,控制该发动机主要表面的中、高频振动是控制辐射噪声的有效方法。编制了发动机表面或其他机器表面辐射效率计算机程序,并提出了固定支承边界和带加强筋平板的处理方法。
In this paper, the slab idealization method was used to calculate the radiation noise of each surface of a six-cylinder gasoline engine and the surface noise was measured by the lead coverage method. By comparing the noise, vibration and radiation efficiency of the right side of the engine and the oil pan, the influence of radiation efficiency on radiation noise is illustrated. The radiation efficiency of the main surface of the engine is calculated. It is pointed out that controlling the medium and high frequency vibration of the main surface of the engine is an effective method to control radiation noise. The computer program of the radiation efficiency of the engine surface or other machines has been programmed and the fixed support boundary and the processing method of plate with stiffener have been put forward.
