摘 要： 独立学院是中国高等教育办学体制改革创新的重要成果，为发展民办高等教育事业、促进高等教育大众化作出了积极的贡献。在国家积极鼓励和支持多种形式办学和高校大幅度扩招的背景下，独立学院得到了迅速发展。但是当前毕业生人数居高不下，就业形势甚为严峻，现今社会已面临工作岗位供需矛盾越来严重的情况，这不能不成为高校考虑和关注的焦点，更是独立学院值得探讨的问题。本文以广西独立学院的调查分析为例，客观分析
