1.前言 冶金设备安装过程中普遍使用垫板用以找正、调整设备的标高和水平,使设备底面与基础面之间保留一定的间隙,为设备安装就位后的二次灌浆层捉供必要的空间。 常见配置垫板的施工方法主要有研磨法和座浆法。研磨法(如图1)虽然接触精度很高,但施工时劳动强度大,费工费力,而且垫板厚度的规格繁多,耗材量大。座浆法(如图2)虽然简化了备料规格,提高了工效,但施工时锅底形的坑窝捣固比较困难,如遇混凝土中的钢筋,刨坑更加麻烦。
