1概述小浪底泄洪排沙建筑物由1座进水塔、3条孔板洞、3条排沙洞、3条明流洞、1条正常溢洪道组成。由于黄河水含沙量大的特点,高速挟沙水流对洞体的磨蚀很大。孔板洞、明流洞、排沙洞的进水塔流道段设有5~10mm两种环氧砂浆层(根据不同部位设置)来抵御挟沙水流的磨蚀。2005年汛前,对小浪底泄洪洞群进行检查时发现孔板洞闸门段、排沙洞闸门段、明流渠闸门段的环氧砂浆涂层存在剥蚀现象。为保证泄洪安全,对剥蚀部位进行了处理。
1 Overview Xiaolangdi flood discharge sediment consists of a water tower, three orifice holes, three sand holes, three Ming Liu Dong, a normal spillway composition. Due to the large amount of sediment in the Yellow River, high-speed sediment-laden flow greatly erodes the cave. There are 5 ~ 10mm two kinds of epoxy mortar layers (set according to different parts) of the orifice tunnel, the Mingliu tunnel and the sand discharge tunnel to prevent the sedimentation of the sand flow. Before the flood season in 2005, inspection of the Xiaolangdi Flood Discharge Cave Group found that there was denudation on the epoxy mortar coating of the sluice gate section, the sluice gate sluice section and the Mingliu sluice gate section. In order to ensure flood safety, the site of denudation was dealt with.
