目的:探讨四逆汤含药血清抗心肌毒性的疗效及其作用机制。方法:采用盐酸阿霉素(ADR)损伤W istar大鼠乳鼠心肌导致心肌毒性为模型。随机分为正常组、心脏毒性ADR模型对照组、卡托普利组、四逆汤含药血清组.测定大鼠乳鼠血清Bc l-2、Bax水平,并应用光镜观察心肌组织的病理变化。结果:与正常组比较,阿霉素致心肌毒性大鼠乳鼠血清Bax水平显著降低,血清Bc l-2水平明显升高,四逆汤及卡托普利均能降低Bc l-2水平,升高Bax水平(P<0.05)。光镜显示,四逆汤含药血清治疗组心肌细胞损伤程度明显低于模型组。结论:四逆汤含药血清能调节改善心肌毒性大鼠乳鼠的神经内分泌功能,拮抗过度激活的神经内分泌系统。
Objective: To investigate the anti-cardiac toxicity of Sini Decoction-containing serum and its mechanism of action. METHODS: Myocardial toxicity was induced by damage of Wistar rat cardiomyocytes induced by adriamycin hydrochloride (ADR). They were randomly divided into normal group, cardiotoxicity ADR model control group, captopril group, and SND decoction serum group. The levels of serum Bcl-2 and Bax in rat suckling mice were measured, and the pathological changes of myocardial tissue were observed by light microscope. Variety. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, serum Bax levels of the rat heart rats with cardiomyopathy induced by adriamycin were significantly lower, serum Bcl-2 levels were significantly increased, and Sini decoction and captopril all decreased the Bcl-2 level. Increased Bax levels (P < 0.05). Light microscopy showed that the degree of myocardial cell damage was significantly lower in the Sini Tang-containing serum-treated group than in the model group. Conclusion: Sini decoction containing serum can regulate the neuroendocrine function of neonatal rats with myocardial toxicity and antagonize the overactive neuroendocrine system.
