2016年9月20日,由泸州老窖股份有限公司牵头,中科院过程所、江南大学、江苏恒顺醋业等多家单位共同承担的国家863计划“绿色循环固体发酵工艺系统优化与集成”项目在泸州通过了国家科技部组织的专家现场验收。该项目为我国固态酿造食品行业首个基于全产业技术链进行系统研究的国家863项目。验收组由浙江大学教授杨立荣、南京工业大学教授黄和、华东理工大学教授庄英萍、厦门大学教授方柏山、中粮营养健康研究院院长
September 20, 2016, led by Luzhou Lao Lao Co., Ltd., CAS Institute of Process, Jiangnan University, Jiangsu Hengsheng vinegar industry and a number of other units of the National 863 Program “green cycle solid fermentation process system optimization and integration ”The project passed the site inspection and acceptance organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in Luzhou. This project is the first national 863 project in China to carry out systematic research based on the whole industry technology chain in China’s solid state brewing food industry.
