中央新疆工作座谈会对兵团跨越式发展和长治久安提出的“三化”要求,城镇化位居第一位,足见城镇化对于兵团发展的重要性。只有不断提升城镇化水平,才能够让更多的职工群众享受现代文明,才能够稳定职工队伍,才能够进一步增强兵团维稳戍边的实力。兵团最为年轻的3座城市,阿拉尔、图木舒克、五家渠建市6年多来走出了一条具有兵团特色的城镇化发展之路。这3座新建市是兵团经济社会新的发展平台,是稳边固边的重要堡垒。
The Central Xinjiang Work Forum put forward the “Three Guarantees” requirement for the development by leaps and bounds and the long-term peace and stability of the Corps. Urbanization ranks first. This shows the importance of urbanization for the development of the Corps. Only by constantly upgrading the level of urbanization can we allow more workers and the masses to enjoy modern civilization so as to stabilize the workforce so as to further enhance the strength of the Corps in maintaining the frontiers. Corps the youngest three cities, Alar, Tumuk Shuke, Wujiaqu City more than 6 years out of a corps characteristics of urbanization development. These three new cities are a new development platform for the Corps for their economy and society and an important fortress for stabilizing the border.
