师德教育是师范生教育的重要内容之一。职教师资作为独立的职业群体,在培养过程中应参照师范生的教育模式,加强师德教育。结合教师职业道德的内涵及职教师资培养的特点,针对当前职教师资培养过程中师德教育存在的重视程度不高、教师德育水平低、学生从事教师职业的理想不坚定等问题,从引导学生树立远大职业理想、提高师资队伍的师德水平、完善师德教育课程体系等方面着手,全面提升职教师资的职业道德。 Teacher moral education is one of the important contents of teacher education. Vocational teachers as an independent professional groups, in the training process should be based on the education model of normal students, and strengthen ethics education. According to the connotation of teacher’s professional ethics and the characteristics of teacher-training, the author points out the problems such as the low importance of ethics education in current vocational teacher training, the low level of moral education of teachers, and the lack of ideal of students in teaching profession. Students should set up ambitious vocational ideals, improve the level of teachers’ morality and improve the system of ethics education so as to enhance the professional ethics of vocational teachers.
