无为,并不是指无所作为,而是有所为有所不为。这在现今语境下就是进一步还政于民,使民众的政治参与机会不断扩大,进一步落实服务型政府的理念,推动社会主义民主政治建设进程。
Inaction does not mean doing nothing, but doing something for nothing. In the current context, this is the further return of power to the people so that the people’s political participation opportunities will continue to expand. The concept of a service-oriented government will be further implemented and the process of building socialist democratic politics will be promoted.
