命题是发挥考试功能的关键环节,在一定程度上彰显了命题者的学科专业素养与实力。如何命题?命题中要把握哪些要素?何锋和曾夏凤同志给出了自己的意见,供广大教师借鉴。何锋同志从选材、设问、立意三个维度对命题过程作了阐释,给人以茅塞顿开之感,知晓了命题渗透着命题人的智慧,蕴含着对学生综合素养的考量与期许。曾夏凤同志则从PISA阅读素养方面论谈了对开放性试题命题要素的见解,阐明了阅读素养综合多方面的能力与要求,是解答开放性试题的基础和关键。两篇文章虽各有侧重,但都说明了立意、材料、设问在命题中的关键作用,实有异曲同工之妙。

What elements should be grasped in the proposition? He Feng and Zeng Xiaofeng gave their own opinions for reference by the vast majority of teachers. Comrade He Feng explained the process of proposition from the three dimensions of material selection, question setting and conception, which gave people a sense of exaggeration and realized that the proposition infiltrated the wisdom of propositional people, which contained consideration and expectation of students’ comprehensive literacy. Comrade Zeng Xiaofeng discussed the proposition elements of open examination questions from the aspects of reading literacy of PISA, expounded the ability and requirements of comprehensive reading accomplishment, which is the basis and key to answer the open questions. Although each of the two articles focuses on each other, they all illustrate the key role of conception, material, and arrangement in propositions, and they all have the same purpose.
