教师是教育改革的关键性因素,教师专业化成长成为当前教育改革的中心主题之一。尽管我国教师职业的专业化发展已经起步,但与之相应的各项政策的制定是一个庞大而系统的工程。尽管国家相关部门已开始了相关的研究,也推出了一些基本的规定,但相比于发达国家还有相当的距离,教师职业的专业化发展还只能算是最初级的阶段。基于此,促进青年教师的专业化发展,探索高中青年教师专业化素养全面提升的途径无疑有着积极的现实意义。一.高中教师专业化素养方面存在的问题现代教育是推动社会发展的重要
