本文简要地阐述了开关阀控气动伺服系统的特点和研究现状。针对这类系统提出了定位辨识建模法,并通过实验辨识出气动PCM位置系统在不同工作点的具体数学模型。理论分析和实验表明该方法较好地解决了开关阀控气动伺服系统的建模问题。
This article briefly expounds the characteristics and research status of on-off valve-controlled pneumatic servo system. Aiming at this kind of system, a position identification modeling method is proposed, and the specific mathematical model of pneumatic PCM position system at different working points is identified through experiments. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method solves the modeling problem of on-off valve-controlled pneumatic servo system better.
