Einstein once said: “If people have forgotten what they have learned in school, then what is left is education.” In other words, it is the quality of forgetting. The “habit” is the most important quality that can not be forgotten. I am a long-distance lover, (for the fifth consecutive year from 1996 to 2000, I participated in the New York Marathon in New York City on the first Sunday of November each year.) Every morning I go to the park for 3,000 meters In fact, the beginning is not the case. Every minute in bed in the morning is so extravagant. So, how do I turn into today's long-distance lover? The answer is, develop self-discipline habits.
