[目的]探讨临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者健康教育中的作用与应用。[方法]将收治的139例支气管哮喘患者随机分为实验组与对照组,通过临床护理路径对实验组81例患者进行健康教育,并用对照组58例患者进行对照。[结果]两组患者的健康教育达标情况的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),实验组患者对临床护理工作的满意程度显著高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]临床护理途径是对支气管哮喘患者进行健康教育的有效途径,通过对哮喘患者进行健康教育可提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度。
[Objective] To explore the role and application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with bronchial asthma. [Methods] A total of 139 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Eighty-one patients in experimental group were given health education through clinical nursing pathway and compared with 58 patients in control group. [Result] There was significant difference between the two groups in the attainment of health education standards (P <0.01). The satisfaction degree of the experimental group to clinical nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The clinical nursing approach is an effective way to carry out health education for patients with bronchial asthma. The health education of patients with asthma can improve their satisfaction with clinical nursing.
