在现代大型企业中,各车间拥有的人员大都在100~500人之间,并配有各种专业技术经济管理人员,它们称得上是厂中之厂.当前,在改革的潮流中,许多企业的厂级管理结构都得到了改革.但是,车间的管理组织机构并没有相应地改变,其结构仍然是如图1所示。从图中可以看出,这种直线职能参谋制的组织形式,管理层次多,主任副职多,特别突出的是工程技术人员要接受多头领导,对车间下属各工段、班组只有部份业务指导,监督和控制权.对实现车间的战略目标、战略措施有极大影响.
