人权概念可以从多重角度加以分析。从历史的角度来分析人权的主体性,可以发现,人权的主体性是随着历史的发展而不断发展的,并且影响了人权的基本性质。从主体性角度出发,可以发现,人权的发展经历了从氏族特权到阶级特权,从阶级特权到公民特权,从公民特权到普遍人权的历史过程。在这一历史发展过程中,随着人权的主体性的不断丰富,人权本身的价值也得到了提升。目前是普遍人权和公民特权并行保护的时代。随着人自身的不断发展,普遍人权将会成为人权保护的最基本的特色。
The concept of human rights can be analyzed from multiple perspectives. Analyzing the subjectivity of human rights from a historical point of view, we can find that the subjectivity of human rights develops continuously with the development of history and affects the basic nature of human rights. From the perspective of subjectivity, we can find that the development of human rights has gone through the historical process from clan privileges to class privileges, from class privileges to citizen privileges and from citizen privileges to universal human rights. In the process of historical development, with the constant enrichment of the subjectivity of human rights, the value of human rights itself has also been raised. It is an era of parallel protection of universal human rights and civil privileges. With the continuous development of human beings, universal human rights will become the most basic feature of human rights protection.
