本文对系统性硬皮病的皮肤进行了电镜规察。结果表明,真皮层毛细血管的内皮细胞、基底膜和胶原原纤维及其周围的基质均发生明显的变化。结合病人的免疫学测定结果和电镜下淋巴细胞的集聚认为,系统性硬皮病的上述组织和细胞的超微结构改变与患者的免疫系统异常有密切关系。
This article examined the skin of systemic scleroderma by electron microscopy. The results showed that the dermal layer of endothelial cells, basement membrane and collagen fibrils and the surrounding matrix were significantly changed. Combined with the patient’s immunological results and lymphocyte aggregation under electron microscopy that the ultrastructural changes of the above-mentioned tissues and cells of the systemic scleroderma are closely related to the patient’s immune system abnormalities.
