杜84-馆H53ch是国内实施的第一口在水平段开窗的侧钻水平井。由于在水平段套管内侧钻尚属首次,开窗及定向均比较困难,受水平窗口、地层、摩阻、施工参数影响,弯螺杆前面的钻头方向不断处于变化之中,导致钻出的井眼呈多台阶形状,进而使实施过程中的起下钻摩擦阻力明显增加。为解决测井和后期下套管遇阻问题,提出通过扩眼来消除由于弯螺杆弯方向变化形成的多台阶井眼。着重分析了造成侧钻水平井寿命短的主要原因,探讨了扩眼技术在杜84-馆H53ch井的应用及主要工艺措施。实测结果表明:该摩擦阻力高于正常水平井的两倍以上,严重影响了后期作业的实施。扩眼施工后,整个测井和下套管施工安全顺利,无任何阻、卡现象发生。整个固井施工也未出现任何漏失或憋堵现象,电测显示,固井质量良好。

The measured results show that the frictional resistance is more than twice that of the normal horizontal well, which seriously affects the implementation of the later operation. After reaming construction, the entire logging and casing construction is safe and smooth, without any resistance and card phenomenon. The cementing construction did not appear any leakage or blocking phenomenon, electrical measurements show that the cementing quality is good.
