我厂制酸中和槽含有稀硫酸,硫酸铝的大量石膏排渣,具有温度高、石膏多,腐蚀性强等特点,过去为了应付生产,中和槽的循环输送管路大多采用Cr_(18) Ni_9Ti不锈钢管或采用钢管衬玻璃等材质,这不仅耗费了国家大量有色金属和合金材料,而问题又没有得到彻底解决。管路的腐蚀和破损还是相当严重,往往造成生产被动,严重危及氟化盐和硫酸铝的正常生产。为了解决这一问题,在厂党委的领导下,组织了防腐三结合小组,从七四年十一月开始至七五年二月,对上述管路进行了试验
