在日中国留学生就职情况表明,日本企业在录用留学生时,出现不看对方学历、毕业生何种大学,只看实际能力的趋势。据日本《东方时报》报道,许多日本企业在面试学生时表示,录用人员的标准就是真才实学,而不是学历。面试时不让面试人员知道学生的学历、毕业的大学名称。面试人员只问学生为什么对本企业感兴趣、今后有什么具体打算?重点考核学生的专业知识、反应能力和实力。据称,不让面试人员知道学生的学历和出身大学,就是为了改变他们那种先入为主的陈腐的考核方法,能够比较客观地考核学生的实力。只要是人才,不管哪个国家的人,都会录用的。
The employment status of Chinese students in Japan shows that when Japanese companies employ foreign students, they only look at the actual ability trend without looking at each other's education and graduates' universities.
