员工教育与培训旨在通过多元的方式方法,使员工获得满足企业使命、愿景、价值观和战略发展所必需的知识、技能、意识和态度,确保员工能够完成自身承担的或将要承担的工作任务,进而实现组织绩效的提高,促进组织的战略发展以及员工自身的职业发展。企业常常将教育与培训统称为“培训”;相对而言,教育侧重于知识,培训侧重于技能。从某种意义上说,对教育与培训的重视程度往往反映了企业管理的现代化程度。
