通常,我们把课堂教学行将结束时的综合性练习检查称为反馈,作为评价这堂课教学质量的重要手段。这是完全必要的,但课堂教学反馈的意义还远不仅仅如此。课堂教学反馈既指向阶段性的结果评价,也呈现反馈的过程轨迹。它涉及教学理念、教学方法、教学手段、教学评价等等诸方面。学科教学是一个全面而系统的过程。只有每堂课、每个环节都有适当的教学反馈,整体把握教学的效果,教师才能更为有效地组织教学,使每一节课都达到预定的目标。每节课都扎实了、有效了,那这个小步一定会积成学生学有成效的大步。
Normally, we refer to the comprehensive practice exam at the end of class teaching as feedback, which is an important measure to evaluate the quality of this course. This is completely necessary, but the significance of classroom teaching feedback is far more than that. Classroom teaching feedback refers not only to the periodic evaluation of the results, but also presents the process of feedback. It involves teaching philosophy, teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and so on. Subject teaching is a comprehensive and systematic process. Only when every class and every aspect has proper teaching feedback and overall grasp of the effect of teaching can teachers organize the teaching more effectively so that each class meets the predetermined goal. Each lesson is solid, effective, then this small step will surely be completed as a student learning effective stride.
