《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》给我们介绍了新课程教学实施的新目标,对教师的教学行为、学生的学习方式、教学环境的营造、教学效果的体现等提出了新的要求,为我们探究新课程有效课堂教学提供了导向性的理论依据。备课作为教学过程的一个重要环节,就是指教师为课堂教学做准备的一个动态过程。在有效课堂教学环境下,要求我们不仅要在理念上明确自己的角色、树立问题意识、服务意识、对话意识和持续发展意识;而且还要求实行多维度备课,从学生、课程、情境、自己和设计等方面进行备课,并在此基础上,创建教师文件夹,对备课过程进行一次系统、完整的清理。
