本实验用微电极技术引导离体兔心窦房结起搏细胞的跨膜电位。经逐点探查法(mapping)测得离体兔心窦房结的大小约为6×3mm,但优势起搏中心仅限于旁开界脊1—2mm的一个很小区域(1±0.5mm~2)内。本文对优势起搏细胞跨膜电位的特点和引导技术的注意点作了相应的讨论。
In this experiment, the transmembrane potential of pacemaker cells in isolated rabbit cardiac sinus node was guided by microelectrode technique. The size of the isolated rabbit heart sinus node measured by point-by-point mapping was about 6 × 3 mm, but the dominant pacing center was limited to a very small region (1-2 ± 0.5 mm ~ 2) inside. In this paper, the advantages of potent pacemaker cell transmembrane potential characteristics and guidance points of attention were discussed.
