油漆加热喷涂方法,在国外已经广泛采用。这一方法的优点是可以节省油漆材料,用较少的油漆层数可以达到多层油漆同样的防护能力。因此,在工厂设计中,采用这种工艺方法就可以节省设备数量、车间面积和基建投资。为了进一步证实这种方法的效果,研究如何使之与生产实践结合,我们在1957年做了几次油漆热喷试验。现在,把试验的结果报导一下,供有关方面参考。试验所用的油漆为北京油漆广生产的黑调和漆(产品标号2912)。
The paint spraying method has been widely used abroad. The advantage of this method is that paint materials can be saved, and the same protective capabilities of multi-layer paints can be achieved with fewer paint layers. Therefore, in the plant design, using this process method can save the number of equipment, workshop area and infrastructure investment. In order to further confirm the effectiveness of this method and to study how to combine it with production practices, we did several thermal spray tests in 1957.
