人,总是有差异的。有人说世界上没有完全相同的两片树叶,那就更不存在完全相同的两个人。由于人的个体先天素质、后天环境和教育影响的不同,学生的素质结构和个性爱好也不可能是千篇一律的。新课改提出要面向全体学生,正是针对了学生个体差异的存在。那么,如何对不同的学生进行因材施教,使他们根据自身特点在不同领域得到不同的发展呢?在教学过程中,采用参与研究型教学模式中的分层激励模式是一种有效的方法和途径。
