语文课堂教学的艺术应该不断追求一种更高的境界。语文教师应具有一种教学的功力,要最大限度地发掘师生的心智,适时有效地释放自己的教学功力,开启师生的心扉、挖掘潜能,尽最大可能发展孩子的思维,健全师生的人格,培养活泼阳光的新一代。围绕这一目标,本文略谈语文教师在教学中应具有的气和度。一、语文教师应具有的“气”1.豪气。语文教师应有一种对教育事业豪气冲天的自豪感。对作为新时代一名光荣的人民教师有一种使命感和责任感。对教育工作及自己的教育实践有一种自信心和事业心,在自己平凡的教学岗位中让自己的教学思想绽放出美丽的花朵。把知识和能力以“润物细无声”之态融入学生的知识结构中。把做人的正气以“千磨万击还坚劲”之势建构在孩子的灵魂深处,使孩子的精神世界春意盎然。这就是我认为的豪气,有了这种豪气走上讲台的那一刻,你一定是精神抖擞、信心百倍的。
