在国务院正式批复《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》之后,长吉图开发开放先导区建设已上升为国家战略,极大地促进了长吉图地区的发展。在良好政策的支持下,地区发展中最为关键的是人力资源,尤其是对外语人才的需求。本文分析了长吉图战略背景下外语人才的现状,并针对现状提出了对外语人才合理开发利用与可持续发展的有效对策,希望能够对长吉图地区外语人才的合理利用和制定科学有效的人力资源发展战略起到一定的引导作用。
After the State Council formally approved the “Outline of the Plan for China’s Tumen River Regional Cooperation and Development - Taking Changjitu as the Pilot Area for Development and Opening up”, the construction of the Changjitu Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone has risen to a national strategy that has greatly promoted the development of the Changchitu area development of. With the support of good policies, the most crucial part of regional development is human resources, especially for foreign language talents. This article analyzes the current situation of foreign language talents under the strategic background of Chang Jihtu and puts forward some effective countermeasures for the rational development and utilization of foreign language talents and the sustainable development in view of the status quo, hoping to make reasonable use of foreign language talents in Changjitu area and to formulate a scientific and effective Human resources development strategy play a guiding role.
