17名中长跑运动员中,8名服用自由基清除合剂Ⅰ号配方1周,400m×8、间歇3分钟速度耐力训练后测试发现运动后即刻和运动后3小时血浆和尿液肌酐、SOD、血浆LDH、GOT、GPT活性有不同程度的增高,运动后24小时恢复至静息状态。用药组血浆肌酐每次平均量高于对照组5%;尿液肌酐每次平均量高于对照组6%;血浆SOD活性增高,p<0.001;血浆LDH活性增高,P<0.05;血浆GOT活性增高,P<0.05;血浆GPT活性增高,P≈0.1;血浆r-GT差异不显著。提示自由基清除合剂Ⅰ号配方能提高肌酐含量,改善肌肉生化基础,提高细胞酶活性,增强组织细胞代谢能力。
Among the 17 middle and long-distance runners, 8 took free radical scavenging compound I formula for 1 week, 400m × 8, intermittent 3-minute speed endurance training test found that immediately after exercise and 3 hours after exercise, plasma and urine creatinine, SOD, plasma LDH, GOT, GPT activity increased in varying degrees, restored to resting state 24 hours after exercise. The average level of plasma creatinine in the medication group was higher than that in the control group by 5%; the average urinary creatinine was higher than that in the control group by 6%; the plasma SOD activity was increased, p <0.001; the plasma LDH activity was increased, P <0.05 ; Plasma GOT activity increased, P <0.05; plasma GPT activity increased, P ≈ 0.1; plasma r-GT difference was not significant. Tip free radical scavenging mixture Ⅰ formula can increase creatinine, improve the basis of muscle biochemistry, improve cell activity, and enhance cell metabolism.
