以“保加利亚尖椒”、“948辣椒”、“茄门甜椒”3个辣椒品种为试材,采用水培方式,从根系气体环境、温度(15、20、25、30℃)、光照强度(0、60、117μmol·m-2·s-1)和收集时间(1、2、3、4、5、6h)4个方面研究了适合辣椒根系分泌物活体收集的方法;同时,以黄瓜幼苗为受体,对在该条件下收集的根系分泌液的化感作用进行了验证。结果表明:在通气条件下,温度为20℃,光照强度为117μmol·m-2·s-1,收集时间为3h的辣椒根系分泌物收集量最大;辣椒根系分泌液对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响符合化感物质“低促高抑”的趋势;该收集方法可以作为辣椒根系分泌物活体的收集方法。
